C3 Refund & Exchange Policy

Because our items are 3D printed, all sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

• Custom/personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours with photos.

• Minor variations in color, texture, and layer lines are normal with 3D printing and are not considered defects.

• No refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size/color selection, or misuse.

• We will do our best to make things right if there is a problem with your order!
